The EarthSpace Properties works with our partner’s unique 7-stage process to find the investor a suiting asset, conducting commercial and legal due diligence, negotiating with the seller, managing contractual arrangement, validating the sales agreement before a public notary, registering the country tax system, paying fees and taxes, registering the asset in the local land registry, and other actions derived from the nature of the transaction.
Operational in Greece at the moment, where the customer who has invested a minimum of €250,000 in real estate, if interested, is assisted in the application and receivable of a Golden Visa that provides permanent residency in the European Union.

The Parthenon on mount Acropolis

The Acropolis is home to the Parthenon which is considered the most famous building from Ancient Greek times, and one of the most famous buildings in the world. The historical area draws culture, afficionados, backpackers, couples, and many tourists from around the world.

Plaka is the most visited neighborhood in the heart of the ancient city. Located between Monastiraki Square and Syntagma Square, this neighborhood features combined streets, colorful buildings, and neoclassical architecture.

Syntagma is the central square in Athens, heart of the city. Located next to the Greek Parliament, and its name derived from the word "constitution". The square is known for political and commercial events that take place there from time to time.

The Lycabettus Hill is one of the most beautiful observation points in Athens. The hill is located between Kolonaki and Niapoli neighborhoods and Syntagma Square, close to the Church of Agios Nikolaos.

Omonia Square is one of the largest and most important squares in central Athens (and oldest in the city). Surrounded by many hotels, cafes and restaurants.

Ermou, main shoping street in the city

Ermou is the main shopping street in the city center, begins at Syntagma Square and runs up to Gazi neighborhood. Vehicles are not permitted on the street which is a pedestrian street only. There are many stores, including international fashion and cosmetic chains along the street.

Monastiraki square is in the heart of the city known for the colorful flea market and commercial shops, cafes and taverns. Many artists booths open in the square center, where activity is vibrant throughout the day and night. It is located 10 minutes walking distance from the Acropolis and near the Plaka neighborhoods.

Glyfada is packed with some of the capital's best-known nightclubs, upscale restaurants and shops. It could be argued to be one of the most "Americanized" of Athenian municipalities, since an American airbase was located nearby until the early 1990s. It is the largest of Athens' southern suburbs.
